Regime:

AM:

1. Exfoliating Cleanser: Rinse face with Luke warm water, gently massage a small amount of cleanser onto your face for around 30 seconds.
   
2. Complexion Renewal Pads:Use one pad. Using circular motions, apply to whole face focusing on problem areas.(if new to your regime or have sensitive skin only use in pm)
3. Growth factor Serum: Apply 1-2 pumps to whole face
4. Daily Power Defense: Apply 1-2 pumps to whole face.
5. SPF:  We would recommend the ZO Skin Health  Daily Sheer SPF50 (not included in this kit)

PM:

1. Hydrating Cleanser: Use as part of a double cleansing routine at night. Start with the Gentle Cleanser or Balancing Cleansing Emulsion to remove makeup and surface debris. Follow with the Exfoliating Cleanser or Hydrating Cleanser for a deeper clean. Suitable for daily use.
2. Exfoliating Polish: Use at night, once or twice a week. Apply to wet skin after cleansing, gently massage in a circular motion, and rinse thoroughly.
3. Complexion Renewal Pads:Use one pad. Using circular motions, apply to whole face focusing on problem areas.
4. Growth factor Serum: Apply 1-2 pumps to whole face
5. Daily Power Defense: Apply 1-2 pumps to whole face.
