Every REGEN client moves through four pillars — Reveal, Elevate, Generate, Nurture. Reveal is the first. Without a structured assessment, the rest of the work is guesswork. The Reveal Consultation exists so the plan that follows is genuinely tailored, not generic.

Why the consultation is paid
Premium clinics charge for clinical attention. The £50 is the simplest signal that the hour you'll spend with Dr Chris is structured, considered and clinically led — not a free pre-sale to push you into a treatment.
If you proceed with treatment on the same day, the £50 comes off your bill in full. For clients who go on to book — which is most — the consultation is functionally included.
For clients who don't, you leave with a documented plan, a tier recommendation and a homecare prescription regardless. The fee covers Dr Chris's time and assures both sides the conversation is serious.

What's included in the £50 Reveal Consultation?
Sixty unrushed minutes with Dr Chris. A full clinical skin assessment, discussion of what you're noticing and what you'd like to address, a written plan with sequencing and pacing, and a clear sense of cost. The £50 fee is redeemable against any treatment booked on the same day.
Is the £50 fee refundable if I don't book a treatment?
The fee secures your time with Dr Chris and is non-refundable, but it is fully redeemable against treatment booked at the consultation or on the same day. There is no obligation to book.
Will I be pressured to book treatment?
No. The Reveal Consultation exists specifically to remove that pressure. The plan you leave with is yours regardless of whether you choose to have any work with us, and the recommendations are based on what your skin actually needs — not on what we sell.
How long does the consultation take?
Sixty minutes. The first 30 minutes are a clinical assessment and conversation; the next 15 minutes are spent building your plan; the final 15 minutes are for questions and, if you wish, scheduling.
Can I have the Reveal Consultation online?
The Reveal Consultation itself is in-clinic — a proper skin assessment needs good lighting, magnification and direct examination, so the £50 clinical hour takes place in Norwich or London. If you would prefer to begin online, Dr Chris also offers a complimentary virtual consultation for suitability, skincare and treatment guidance before you commit.
Which clinic should I book — Norwich or London?
Both are led personally by Dr Chris. Choose by convenience. The treatment menu is the same; the wellness offering is broader in Norwich.
What should I bring or do beforehand?
Come with no makeup if possible, or come early and we'll cleanse for you. Bring a list of any skincare you currently use and any medications you're taking. If you've had previous aesthetic treatments, bring approximate dates.
