The REGEN Method
FAQ
Common questions about the Method
If you're considering working with us, these are the questions we hear most often.
What is the REGEN Method?
A four-pillar framework for restoring skin quality over the long term — Reveal, Elevate, Generate, Nurture. It begins with a doctor-led skin assessment, prescribes the homecare your skin actually needs, layers in regenerative treatments where they're indicated, and reviews progress over time. It's the structure that turns individual treatments into outcomes.
Who is the REGEN Method for?
The Method suits clients who want a serious, sequenced approach to skin — typically over a 6 to 12 month horizon — rather than a single treatment in isolation. It's particularly suited to clients dealing with skin quality, fine lines, pigmentation, dehydration, post-acne change, or those preparing for an event months in advance.
What's the difference between the REGEN Method and a regular consultation?
A regular aesthetic consultation tends to focus on a single treatment. The REGEN Method begins with the Reveal Consultation — a 60-minute clinical assessment with Dr Chris that produces a written, sequenced plan covering homecare, treatments, and review points. The plan is yours to keep regardless of where you choose to have the work.
Do I have to follow the whole Method to be a REGEN client?
No. Many clients begin with a single treatment and build into the Method over time. The Method is a structure, not a contract. If you'd prefer to come for one polynucleotide course, one HydraFacial, or a single Head Spa, that is welcome.
How long before I see results?
Skin quality changes are biological, not cosmetic. Most clients begin to see meaningful improvement at the 6 to 12 week mark, with more noticeable change at the 3 month review and again at 6 months. Regenerative treatments such as polynucleotides and Profhilo work by stimulating your own tissue — they take time, and they are worth waiting for.
Which treatments fall under the Generate pillar?
The Generate pillar covers regenerative treatments — Profhilo, polynucleotides, PRP (face, neck, hair), advanced microneedling, and chemical peels. These are the treatments that work by stimulating the skin's own biology rather than replacing volume from outside.
Is the REGEN Method available at both clinics?
Yes. The Method is the same in Norwich and London Mayfair — the same standard of care, the same clinical framework. The wellness component is more developed in Norwich, where the Japanese Head Spa programme sits within the Nurture pillar.
