Dr Chris's approach is defined by proportion and restraint: the aim is always to enhance what is there, not impose a template result.
Lip filler at REGEN is not a volume-first treatment. Before any product is chosen, Dr Chris assesses the natural border definition, vertical height, cupid's bow structure, and how the lips relate to the rest of the face. Overfilled or duck-shaped results are a product of poor assessment, not the treatment itself.
What results can you expect?
Most clients leave with lips that look hydrated, defined, and naturally fuller — not obviously treated. Results develop fully over 48–72 hours as initial swelling settles. Lip filler typically lasts 6–12 months. A top-up appointment is included within the first month if required.

This depends on your current lip anatomy and your goal. Dr Chris typically starts conservatively — 0.5ml for natural enhancement, up to 1ml for clients seeking more visible volume. Starting conservatively and building is always safer than overcorrecting on a first visit.
Topical numbing cream is applied before treatment, and most Juvederm products contain lignocaine (a local anaesthetic) within the filler itself. Most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure rather than pain.
Between 6 and 12 months for most clients, depending on the product used, the volume placed, and individual metabolism. Lips metabolise filler faster than most other facial areas due to movement.
