Microneedling is particularly effective for clients with acne scarring, enlarged pores, fine lines, dullness, and mild laxity. It works across all skin types, with depth and post-care calibrated for higher Fitzpatrick types to minimise post-inflammatory pigmentation. It pairs powerfully with PRP, polynucleotides and a structured medical-grade homecare protocol.
Initial brightness and improved texture are visible within two to three weeks. Collagen remodelling continues to develop over four to twelve weeks per session. A course of three to four sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart, gives the most meaningful, lasting change.

Home dermarollers operate at superficial depths, lack sterility safeguards, and risk skin trauma without the regenerative benefit. Only medical-depth microneedling reliably stimulates the deep collagen response that drives lasting change.
We apply a topical numbing cream for 20 minutes before treatment, which makes the experience comfortable for most clients. Sensation is typically rated 3 out of 5 — felt, but not painful.
Mild redness for 24 to 48 hours is normal and looks similar to mild sunburn. Most clients return to normal social activity the next day, with mineral makeup acceptable from day two. Strict SPF and avoidance of active skincare for 48 to 72 hours is essential.
Yes — combining microneedling with PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is one of the most powerful regenerative protocols available. Microneedling creates the channels; PRP delivers your own concentrated growth factors directly into the skin. Results are typically more pronounced than either treatment alone.
