How do memberships work, and can I cancel?
Memberships renew monthly and are paid by card each month. Head Spa Ritual memberships have a minimum term of three months; after that you can cancel with 30 days' notice. An unused month rolls over by one month, so a holiday does not cost you a ritual.
Can I give a course or a membership as a gift?
Yes. Head Spa courses can be bought as a gift online and are emailed to the recipient on the date you choose. A Head Spa membership can be gifted for a six- or twelve-month term, arranged through the clinic. See our gifts page.
Do courses expire?
Yes — each course has a validity window shown in the table above. We recommend planning your sessions from the outset.
How do I know which course is right for me?
The best starting point is a Reveal Consultation with Dr Chris. Every skin is different, and we would rather guide you towards the right investment than oversell.
Can I combine a monthly membership with a treatment course?
Absolutely — many of our clients do. A monthly wellness membership paired with a structured aesthetic course is one of the most effective ways to look after your skin comprehensively.
Is there a consultation before I start a course?
For medical aesthetic treatments — polynucleotides, PRP, microneedling and peels — yes. Dr Chris will always carry out an assessment before beginning any course. Head Spa and Hydrafacial courses can be bought and booked directly.
