The ZO Bespoke Facial is a results-driven, medical-grade facial built entirely around your skin's current condition. Using ZO Skin Health products — a physician-formulated range designed for genuine correction rather than surface-level results — your therapist delivers a treatment that prepares, addresses, and protects your skin in one sixty-minute session.
The treatment is offered in eight concern-led variants. Each variant shares the same core structure — assessment, double cleanse, exfoliation, active infusion, mask, finishing serums and SPF — but the products, exfoliation method and finish are tailored to your skin's primary need on the day.
Your therapist will recommend the right variant during a brief skin assessment at the start of your appointment. If you are unsure, the Anti-Ageing & Skin Quality variant is the most universally suitable starting point.
Who is it suitable for?
From age 18. Suitable for almost all skin types, with appropriate variant selection. Not recommended during pregnancy or within six months of completing isotretinoin (Roaccutane). A patch test is required for any first-time peel-based variant.
What results can you expect?
After a single treatment, skin is visibly brighter, more even in tone, and better hydrated. With monthly to six-weekly sessions, progressive improvement in texture, pigmentation, clarity and firmness is achievable. Yes. Many clients begin with a corrective variant such as Pigmentation or Acne & Congestion, then move into Anti-Ageing or Hydration once the primary concern is settling. Your therapist will recommend the right variant for each session based on your skin’s response.
Skin needs time to settle after any active treatment. Two weeks before the wedding allows any temporary redness, mild flaking or barrier sensitivity to fully resolve before the day. Booking closer than ten days from the wedding is not recommended; a Hydration & Barrier Repair variant or a HydraFacial may be more appropriate within that window.
The ZO Bespoke Facial uses physician-grade ZO Skin Health products — actives at concentrations that genuinely correct, not just hydrate. Every treatment is tailored to your skin on the day by a trained therapist, working from a defined variant rather than a fixed menu. The result is clinically meaningful rather than cosmetically pleasant.
No consultation is required to book the ZO Bespoke Facial. However, if you would like Dr Chris to build a full treatment plan — including homecare, facial programmes, and any injectables — a Reveal Consultation is the recommended starting point.
LED light therapy adds a targeted wavelength benefit to the facial — red for collagen stimulation and anti-inflammation, near-infrared for deeper tissue repair, and blue for blemish control. Your therapist will select the appropriate wavelength. LED is strongly recommended for the Wedding Prep Glow and Sensitive & Calming variants.
Monthly is ideal for skin maintenance. Every six to eight weeks for those addressing a specific concern such as pigmentation, mild acne, or early ageing. The facial works best as part of a structured programme alongside a ZO homecare prescription — the in-clinic and home routines reinforce each other.
Most variants are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to the active ingredients used. We recommend booking the Hydration & Barrier Repair or Sensitive & Calming variant with appropriate product substitutions, or our REGEN Signature Facial which is fully pregnancy-safe. Please flag pregnancy at booking so your therapist can prepare.
