The REGEN Signature Facial is our house facial — a fully personalised treatment designed around your skin's current condition, not a fixed menu. Using a combination of premium professional skincare — including ZO Skin Health, Murad, and REGEN's own preparation protocols — our therapists deliver a treatment that addresses your specific concerns in a single session.
Every REGEN Signature Facial begins with a detailed skin assessment. Your therapist will then select cleansers, exfoliants, treatment serums, masks, and application techniques suited to what your skin needs that day — whether that is deep hydration, brightening, congestion clearance, or calming treatment for reactive skin.
What options are available?
The REGEN Signature Facial is available as a standalone 30–60 minute treatment, and can be enhanced with LED light therapy, Gua Sha facial massage, and bespoke mask add-ons. It is one of the most flexible treatments in the REGEN menu and can be tailored to virtually any skin type or concern.

The ZO Bespoke Facial uses exclusively ZO Skin Health products at clinical concentrations and is the more active, results-led option, suited to clients on a ZO homecare programme.

Yes — LED therapy can be added to any REGEN Signature Facial. Red and near-infrared for anti-ageing and recovery; blue light for blemish-prone skin. Your therapist will recommend based on your skin on the day.
Monthly is ideal for skin maintenance. For clients addressing specific concerns alongside medical treatments, your therapist will recommend a frequency that complements the rest of your REGEN plan.

Absolutely fabulous! Lovely therapist called Cam. She was very attentive and made time to talk me through my skin care afterwards. I had the 90 min Japanese Head Spa. What a delight. A lovely facial, steam treatment, massage, with hair wash and deep massage. Absolutely perfect. It's several hours later and I still feel relaxed!
Amazing hydrofacial with Dr Chris today, he is really knowledgeable and gave such great advice about my skin concerns. Will definitely be back.
