Chemical Peels at REGEN Clinic
REGEN Clinic offers a curated range of medical-grade chemical peels — including the EnerPeel system and Obagi Blue Peel Radiance — each targeting specific skin concerns with clinically proven actives. These are not cosmetic-grade treatments: they work at a cellular level to resurface, correct, and regenerate the skin.
Chemical peels are prescribed and supervised by Dr Chris. The appropriate peel, depth, and frequency depend on your skin type, concern, and overall treatment plan. They are frequently combined with medical-grade homecare to prepare and protect the skin.
EnerPeel peels
The EnerPeel system uses an advanced carrier technology that delivers the active ingredient (lactic acid, salicylic acid, pyruvic acid, or Jessner's solution) to the precise depth required — maximising clinical effect while minimising unnecessary surface disruption. Available in Acne, Hyperpigmentation, Rosacea, and general resurfacing formulations.
Obagi Blue Peel Radiance
A salicylic acid-based superficial peel that brightens, refines texture, and clears congested skin. Well-tolerated, with minimal downtime. Suitable for most skin types as part of a regular skin maintenance programme.
ZO Skin Health Peels
The ZO Stimulator Peel and ZO Restorative Peel deliver progressive cellular stimulation using a blend of exfoliating acids and anti-inflammatory ingredients. The Stimulator Peel is a lighter, no-downtime option; the Restorative Peel provides deeper correction for lines, pigmentation, and texture.

This depends entirely on your skin type, concern, and sensitivity. During a Reveal consultation, Dr Chris will assess your skin and recommend the appropriate peel strength, formulation, and programme. REGEN does not apply peels without a prior assessment.
It varies by peel type. Superficial peels (Obagi Blue Peel Radiance, ZO Stimulator) have minimal or no downtime — some flaking after 2–3 days at most. Medium-depth peels (ZO Restorative, EnerPeel Jessner's) can cause 3–7 days of peeling. We will advise on what to expect for your specific treatment.
Yes, with appropriate product selection. The EnerPeel range and Obagi Blue Peel Radiance are well-tolerated across Fitzpatrick skin types. Deeper peels require more caution on darker skin tones. Dr Chris will assess this during your consultation.
For maintenance, a superficial peel every 4–6 weeks is reasonable. For corrective programmes (pigmentation, acne scarring), a structured course of 4–6 peels is typical. Deeper peels are used less frequently — often just once or twice per year.
Yes — and this is important. Medical-grade homecare from ZO or Obagi significantly improves peel outcomes. Vitamin A (retinol), antioxidants, and correct sun protection prepare the skin before treatment and protect it afterwards. REGEN will prescribe an Elevate homecare plan alongside any peel programme.
