Where to redeem: in clinic, against any treatment booking. Purchased and held within Fresha — our booking system — rather than the online shop.

Skincare Gift Card

 

For ZO Skin Health, Obagi, our LED masks, supplements, silk pillowcases — everything in the REGEN online shop. The right choice for someone building a routine, refilling a favourite serum, or trying something new.

Where to redeem: at online checkout on theregenclinic.com. Purchased and held in our online shop. Cannot be redeemed in clinic against treatments.

Why two gift cards?

Treatments and skincare run on different systems.

 

Our treatments are booked and paid for through Fresha, the system our clinical team uses to manage appointments, deposits, and clinical records. Our skincare retail runs on our online shop, which is a separate platform with its own checkout and gift card balance.

Because the two don't share a balance, choosing the right gift card matters — a Skincare Gift Card cannot be used against treatments, and a Treatment Gift Card cannot be used at the online checkout.

  • Buying for someone who wants a treatment? Choose the Treatment Gift Card.
  • Buying for someone who loves skincare? Choose the Skincare Gift Card.
  • Not sure which they'd prefer? Buy a Treatment Gift Card — they can use it against a Reveal Consultation with Dr Chris, which often becomes the start of a wider plan that includes prescribed homecare.
