What are Polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides (PDRN) are naturally occurring molecules derived from highly purified salmon DNA. At REGEN Clinic we use the Plinest range — one of the most clinically validated polynucleotide products available. Injected into the skin, they stimulate cellular repair, increase collagen production, and improve overall skin quality over a course of treatments.
Polynucleotides work differently to fillers or biorevitalisers. They do not add volume or hydration directly — they signal the skin's own repair mechanisms to regenerate from within. The result is a progressive, natural improvement in skin density, firmness, and radiance.
Treatment areas
Polynucleotides are particularly effective for the under-eye area — where the skin is thin and conventional treatments carry higher risk — and the full face. They are also used for texture issues, crepey skin, and post-acne scarring.
What results can you expect?
