For medical aesthetics treatments — including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler, Profhilo, polynucleotides and PRP — a Reveal Consultation with Dr Chris is required before treatment. The fee is £50, redeemable against treatment on the same day.

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a charge in line with our booking terms. This protects the appointment time of our clinical team and ensures other clients are not unnecessarily turned away.

Promotional pricing applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing appointments. Our promotions are open equally to all clients booking within the active window.

For Japanese Head Spa, Profhilo and weekend appointments, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead where possible. For medical aesthetics, please allow sufficient time for your Reveal Consultation before your treatment date. REGEN Signature plan clients receive priority booking access.

Most medical aesthetics treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Some facial and wellness treatments may be appropriate. Please let us know when booking so we can advise on suitable options.

A doctor-led skin assessment with Dr Chris — an in-depth review of your skin health, aesthetic goals and medical history, followed by a personalised treatment and skincare plan. Not a sales appointment. £50, fully redeemable against treatment on the same day.

Downtime varies by treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections and Profhilo typically involve minimal downtime. Microneedling and chemical peels may involve 2–5 days of skin sensitivity. Dermal filler can occasionally cause temporary bruising. Dr Chris will discuss expected downtime clearly before any treatment.

In many cases, yes — and strategic combination is often more effective than a single-treatment approach. Dr Chris will advise during your Reveal Consultation on which combinations are clinically appropriate for your skin type and goals.

This depends on the treatment, your skin condition and your goals. Profhilo and polynucleotides typically require 2–3 sessions. Dr Chris will set realistic expectations and a clear plan at your consultation. Individual results vary.

No — our retail range is available to all. However, some products contain active ingredients best introduced as part of a guided protocol. If you are new to medical-grade skincare, our skincare quiz or a Reveal Consultation is recommended before purchasing.

Both are medical-grade brands stronger than over-the-counter alternatives. ZO Skin Health uses higher-strength systematic protocols — highly effective for anti-ageing, pigmentation and texture. Obagi Medical is often a more accessible entry point. Dr Chris will recommend the most appropriate brand for your goals.

Our online skincare quiz is a helpful starting point. For a fully personalised AM/PM prescription matched to your concerns, a Reveal Consultation is the gold standard. Dr Chris personally prescribes all skincare plans as part of the Elevate pillar of the REGEN Method.

REGEN Clinic gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Valid for 12 months from issue. Some exclusions apply — including duo, couples and Mini-Me & Me treatments under certain promotional terms.
