Forty-five to one hundred and twenty minutes of deep scalp ritual — cleanse, exfoliation, water halo, warm oil massage, hair mask. Drawn from traditional Japanese head spa technique and refined for a doctor-led clinic. Founded by Dr Chris, the Norwich clinic was opened to bring genuine medical-grade aesthetics to a city long served by salon-tier alternatives. Visiting REGEN Norwich.
No — the Japanese Head Spa, in any of its formats, is bookable directly via Fresha. A Reveal Consultation with Dr Chris is recommended only if you want a structured plan combining Head Spa with skincare or aesthetic treatments.
Both are available on select Wednesdays and Thursdays only — the treatment requires a specific room set-up so we hold dedicated days. Couples sessions can be booked via the Couples button above; Mini-Me & Me sessions are arranged through the Mini-Me & Me page so we can secure two therapists for your pair.
Closest public parking is on Recorder Road and Rose Lane, both within 90 seconds' walk. The Castle Mall multi-storey is a short walk. We are five minutes from Norwich Cathedral and Tombland.
All injectable, regenerative and prescription-led treatments are performed by Dr Chris personally. Skincare facials, HydraFacial, peels and Japanese Head Spa treatments are delivered by our trained therapists, working from clinical protocols set by Dr Chris.
Yes — the Norwich clinic is open seven days a week, 10AM to 9PM, by appointment. Evening and weekend slots fill quickly.
Standard treatments require 24 hours' notice. Couples and Mini-Me & Me bookings require seven days' notice to reschedule, otherwise the deposit is forfeit.
