OBAGI C-Balancing Toner

Rebalance your skin post-cleansing and revive its inherent pH with Obagi Medical's C-Balancing Toner RX. This gentle and entirely alcohol-free solution adjusts the skin's sensitive pH to limit excessive oil production and clear away residual dead cells, grime, and impurities from cleansing. Witch Hazel offers deep cleansing and pore shrinkage, while Aloe Vera provides cooling relief and comfort. Sodium PCA delivers skin surface hydration, and the calming effect of Panthenol reduces breakout-induced inflammation and promotes extended moisture retention. Appropriate for all skin types, dispense three to four pumps on a cleansed face once or twice daily.
